1. Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
   • Race: 1.6 km in 5 minutes 45 seconds
   • 9 feet ditch (Qualifying)
   • Zigzag balance (Qualifying)
2. Physical Standard Test (PST)
   • Height:
     • Males: as per notification
     • Females: 162 cm
   • Weight: As per medical standards

👧 Female Candidates Physical Criteria:

• Race: 1.6 km in 8 minutes
• Long Jump: 10 feet (Qualifying)
• High Jump: 3 feet (Qualifying)

• Paste photo, sign, and put your left thumb impression
